Professional sports is all about winning.  These MLB teams make it difficult to cheer for, yet all have dedicated fan bases.  You can definitely not accuse fans of these teams of being “bandwagon” fans.

Milwaukee Brewers (54 years):  The Brewers entered the league in 1969, but became the Brewers in 1970 having never won a World Series.  In 1969 they were the Seattle Pilots, which apparently is bad luck because that brings us to our next team.

Seattle Mariners (47 years): The Mariners, with extremely talented and stacked teams led by Ken Griffey Jr, Alex Rodriguez, and Randy Johnson have never won a World Series.  Let’s be clear, the Seattle Mariners have never even been to a World Series. In fact, they only have 5 playoff appearances in their history – ouch!

San Diego Padres (55 years):  Becoming a team in 1969, the Padres have been to the show twice, yet never won. The Padres had some of the best talent in the league during the last few seasons but still couldn’t get it done.

Are there any teams I missed?
